Detailed video demonstrating the disassembly, reseal, and reassembly of the entire regulator. Also, the video describes each part and o-ring in detail and discusses the purposes of every part.
In this video, you will find out which o-rings you will need to replace to fix different issues with your regulator.

O-Ring Sizes :
Outer Regulator Housing - 23x2.5mm NBR70
Inner Regulator Housing - 4x1.5mm NBR70
Regulator Screw - 2.0x1.0mm NBR 90 (x2)
Regulator Piston - 4x1.5mm NBR70
Regulator Rod Holder - 11.1x1.78mm NBR70
Regulator Plug - 5x2mm NBR70
On rare occasion, the 4.0x1.5mm NBR70 o-rings may need to be changed to a 4.1x1.6 NBR70 in order to stop a leak. This usually occurs if there is a scratch or imperfection on the sealing surface. This is only recommended as final resort.
