How To Set FX Chronograph Sub 12 Ft Lb

PAUSE THE VIDEO IF YOU NEED MORE TIME TO READ THE TEXT ON SCREEN.

To set the FX Chronograph for Sub 12 and other lower powered weapons this video shows how to move down through the FPS power range until the projectile returns a reading.

Top Tips.
The Radar unit will look at certain pre-set speeds for projectiles.
It is always best to have the speed of your projectile towards the middle of the speed range you are set at.
Example - A PCP UK Pistol of 5 Ft Lbs will not be picked up using the Airgun UK or Airgun High Power profile....it may not be picked up on a Pistol profile, the pistol may be shooting a lot slower, so always try the next profile down. Once you find the profile that works the radar gives results.
As with any Radar unit, the expected return needs to be guided - so speed profile is important.
On smaller calibers use the "Radar Return" option in the settings, at its lowest, this makes the unit more sensitive, and if shooting a .177 or .22 it really helps results.

Generally as a rule, the Radar is always on, we just need to tell it what to look for.

If the result you get is consistently too low or too high its likely the weapon, the radar will only report what it see's.
